BST-333E手持式大功率LED頻閃儀是采用激光傳感器識別圖案技術，來實現自動閃光同步檢驗印刷圖案及光標的產品；它具備激光自動定位、激光定長、激光設定個數等多種頻閃方式、同時具備自動行掃描、相位角度位移、單次曝光時間設定、占空比角度時間設定、外觸發定長頻閃等功能；其光源采用美國科瑞10瓦大功率燈珠，34顆或者75顆LED按并聯分布，整體亮度高、光斑均勻、壽命超過30，000小時，全球質保兩年（電池一年）  轉速測量高每分鐘120萬轉 ；顯示采用480x320彩色3.2寸LCD屏，操作按鈕選用ALPS切換開關及旋轉編碼器，壽命長；外置鋰電池盒，充滿電后單次使用時間10小時以上。
